Action

1. 

Select the Manager Self-Service link.

2. 

Select the Reporting link.

3. 

Select the Run Reports link.

4. 

Select the FMLA/Parental Leave Activity Report link.

5. 

Place your cursor in the Start Date field.

6. 

Enter the date from which you wish to start monitoring of FMLA/Parental - designated leave into the Start Date field.

7. 

Enter the date through which you wish to monitor FMLA/Parental - designated leave into the End Date field.

  

Select if you want to monitor FMLA or Parental Leave.

8. 

Select the Checkbox next to the employee whose FMLA/Parental leave usage you wish to check.

9. 

Select the Process Report button.

10. 

A message will display to remind you how to retrieve the report.

 

Select the OK button.

11. 

Select the View Reports button.

 

The View Reports page displays.

12. 

Reports take some time to process. If your report is not ready, you will see "No Report" in the View Reports column. Wait.

 

Select the Refresh button.

13. 

Select the View Report link.

14. 

Time designated as FMLA or Parental Leave within the timeframe you entered will display.

15. 

If the employee used leave in the timeframe that you expected to see designated FMLA or Parental but did not, go to the time sheet, select the correct Override Reason Code, and submit the correction. End.
